Our commitment
Privacy-first design is a core architectural principle of Cursus, not a legal formality. Our platform is built to provide organizational intelligence while architecturally preventing individual-level surveillance.
What we collect
For site visitors, we collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers, device type) without personally identifying information. For demo request submissions, we collect only the information you provide in the form.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Platform data principles
Within the Cursus platform (for organizational customers), all data processing adheres to aggregation-first principles: minimum group size thresholds are enforced before any metric is computed, individual behavioral data is never surfaced in manager or executive views, and communication metadata is processed at the relationship level, not the individual level.
